I vividly remember the first time I tracked my food intake and realized I'd consumed over 400 grams of carbohydrates in a single dinner—thanks to an extra-large pizza and a whole sleeve of Oreos, not to mention the rest of the day's poor choices. At that time, I was participating in and often winning eating contests with friends, but this lifestyle left me feeling constantly fatigued and struggling with basic physical activities, like completing just 15 sit-ups without severe cramping.
Recognizing the detrimental effects of my eating habits, I made a pivotal decision to improve my diet. This change not only enhanced my physical performance in the gym but also significantly boosted my cognitive function and overall well-being.
